The senior sales expert is responsible for doing all sales and marketing planning and activities regarding the product portfolio (electronic device and equipment) for different heavy industries such as Oil and Gas, steel, etc., and also Bazar as well to increase the sales number and expand the sales market.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare the sales and marketing plan to meet the sales target in a quarterly manner and achieve the annual target.
Check and control the CRM on a daily basis and prepare the proper technical offer or pre-invoice for the inquiries he/she receive.
Respond to all customer calls from Bazar and different industries and act correctly.
Responsible for all sales processes from pre-invoice to invoice and act quickly to get the result the early as possible.
Maintain the current customers and develop sales with proper sales planning to meet the sales target.
Act quickly and communicate with other departments, and ensure serious follow-up of issues related to customers.
Serious follow-up for the pre-invoice and technical offer he/she has for the customer to change to an invoice and increase the sales.
Follow up on the collection payments.
Prepare the marketing plan for new industries to develop a new sales channel.
Plan for marketing visits of new leads and present the company and products to develop the sales channel.
Plan for visiting of main customers to maintain the relationship and sales.
Responsible for all technical questions of the customers with the assistance of the technical manager.
Negotiate and close sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.
Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and professional conferences.
Cooperate with other sales team members to close the deal with the same customers they have.
Prepare the sales and marketing reports and present them in the sales meeting with management promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or other related fields (candidates with irrelevant education but with relevant work experience will be considered).
At least 5 years of related sales experience in the electronics industry is desired (high preference in process instrument devices).
English proficiency.
Skillful in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel within the country.
