DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistics company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist to contribute to the growth and development of our human capital.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and conduct training programs, ensuring effectiveness and fair implementation of training initiatives.
  • Develop competency profiles for employees.
  • Design and implement/coordinate individual and leadership development programs (IDP, LDP, Coaching, etc.).
  • Implement 360-degree feedback.
  • Execute succession planning.
  • Identify high-impact employees.
  • Collaborate in the performance management process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
