Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and conduct training programs, ensuring effectiveness and fair implementation of training initiatives.
- Develop competency profiles for employees.
- Design and implement/coordinate individual and leadership development programs (IDP, LDP, Coaching, etc.).
- Implement 360-degree feedback.
- Execute succession planning.
- Identify high-impact employees.
- Collaborate in the performance management process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
