About the Role:

We seek a senior technical talent acquisition specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our technical teams by identifying and attracting top talent. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing and onboarding exceptional candidates. Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of sourcing and hiring technical professionals to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job openings and specific technical requirements.
  • Source potential applicants through specialized platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, and creative recruitment channels.
  • Proactively headhunt and engage with top talents to fill technical roles and leverage advanced networking.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements and attract top talent.
  • Partner with department leaders to compile consistent role expectations and align recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze candidates' skills, experiences, and potential to match them with open positions.
  • Represent the company at events such as boot camps, job fairs, and networking events to enhance employer branding and build a strong talent pool.
  • Leverage KPIs and metrics to measure recruitment process efficiency and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or a similar role in the tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or engineering field.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to discuss, explain, and assess qualifications for engineering and product development roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong persuasion abilities for headhunting top talent.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Expertise in various selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive market landscape for technical roles.
  • Proficiency in English is an asset.
