Job Description
- Manage project activities in the SharePoint domain.
- Provide operational assistance to the client.
- Check and validate requests for completeness.
- Interface with the user to assist with operational requests.
- Ensure issues are resolved within the defined SLA.
- Provide software manual booklet.
- Train new users and the new features of the system to all users.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding software issues.
- Follow up with the user to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Inform management of recurring problems.
- Stay current with software features, changes, and updates.
- Document project's activities and events, and prepare related reports.
- Develop training materials and produce and train users according to software changes.
- Provide test case and test data.
- Test software new features in the testing environment according to its test case and test data.
- Design and development workflows.
- Design and maintain programs and put them into operation.
- Write reports, documentation, and operating manuals.
- Monitor to ensure that the software operates reliably.
- Provide technical assistance and cross-training to other team members.
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
- Troubleshoot database, systems, and software; performance-tuning as necessary.
- Document requirements and technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of the following items:
- SharePoint (2013, 2016, 2019);
- MS SQL Server;
- SharePoint Designer;
- Nintex Workflow;
- Reporting and Pivots;
- Web Design;
- Java Script and JQuery;
- HTML and CSS;
- HTML5 and CSS3;
- Rest API;
- Ajax or Angular;
- .NET Programming;
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and teamwork skills.
- Ready to work extra hours.
- 2+ years of senior experience related to developing or administration of SharePoint.
