Job Description

  • Design and execute shopper marketing projects aligned with each brand's strategies.
  • Manage TM budgets in alignment with the marketing and TM budgeting team.
  • Initiate and execute market research, analyze data, and take action accordingly.
  • Design and implement promotion with clear KPIs and track its efficiency afterward.
  • Scan channels for opportunities to engage shoppers ahead of the competition.
  • Provide team facilities and required equipment (uniforms, brandings, etc.).
  • Manage POSM vendors – negotiation to execution.

Requirements

  • Upper intermediate level of English (speaking and writing).
  • Good level of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Hard worker.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
