Job Description

A social media expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of AVAKATAN Group of companies across various social media platforms. 

Responsibilities:

Develop Social Media Strategies:

  • Create and implement strategic plans for a brand presence on social media.
  • Set short-term and long-term goals and evaluate results.

Content Creation and Publishing:

  • Produce creative and engaging content including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Plan and schedule posts across various platforms.

Manage Interactions and Communications:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries from users professionally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the audience and increase engagement.

Analyze and Report:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and advertising campaigns.
  • Use analytical tools to provide regular reports and improvement suggestions.

Paid Advertising and Campaigns:

  • Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize them for the best return on investment.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content teams to align objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Required Skills:

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Ability to write and speak effectively.
  • Proficiency in writing creative and engaging content.

Familiarity with Social Media Platforms:

  • Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other popular networks.
  • Deep understanding of algorithms and new trends on these networks.

Data Analysis:

  • Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.
  • Skill in interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Ability to generate new and engaging content ideas for social media.
  • Having an innovative mindset to attract more audiences.

Time and Project Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing Principles:

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Capability to execute effective online advertising campaigns.

Education and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of successful management and execution of social media campaigns.
