We are looking for a storage administrator to join our team at ZAFTA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Enterprise SAN Storage devices and solutions and Active-Active sites, and also experience working in an enterprise banking environment with multiple data centers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain EMC Storage, EMC VPLEX, EMC Recover Point and MDS SAN switches.
Provision and manage storage resources for virtual and physical machines and databases.
Perform storage performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Design, Implement, and maintain storage disaster recovery plans.
Work with other technical teams to support business applications and services.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in designing and managing storage solutions.
Expert In EMC Unity, VNX, and Data Domain Series.
Expert In Cisco MDS and Brocade SilkWorm.
Strong knowledge of EMC VPLEX and Recover Point.
Strong Knowledge of HP and Quantum Tape Library.
Experience working in an enterprise banking environment with multiple data centers.
Experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter Server.
Experience with storage management tools such as Navisphere and Symmetrix Management Console.
Excellent understanding of storage networking and replication solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VMware Solutions in Enterprise Environments that have vSphere, vSAN, SRM, etc.
Experience with EMC, Cisco, and third-party monitoring systems.
