Job Description

As an integral member of the strategic insights team, the incumbent will be tasked with overseeing and managing a diverse array of market research endeavors, encompassing both outsourced initiatives and internal studies. Additionally, he will take the responsibility of extracting pertinent information from diverse datasets to generate comprehensive reports pertaining to market performance and related subjects.

Areas of Responsibility:

Reporting:

  • Develop comprehensive reports utilizing diverse external and internal data sources, such as retail audits, trackers, and sales reports, to conduct in-depth analysis of company and brand performance.
  • Take on the primary role of tracking, consolidating, and generating key market update reports: retail Audit report, One Data report, Brand Board, Iran Brand board reference, and other pertinent routine reports concerning sales and marketing endeavors.

Monitoring and Control:

  • Maintain regular communication with third-party agencies, overseeing their plans and fieldwork activities, providing necessary briefs and information, ensuring the quality of their processes, and reviewing their reports. Offer constructive feedback and facilitate revisions and improvements as needed. additionally, serve as the key individual responsible for supervising the tracker project, and collaborate on monitoring and delivering the retail audit project and associated outputs through mutual efforts.

Communication and Support:

  • Participate actively in marketing and sales-related initiatives, contributing insights and assistance to other functions and team members regarding market dynamics and strategic endeavors.

Others:

  • Oversee a variety of tasks and projects related to marketing and strategic insights as they emerge, responding promptly to requests from managers.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Relevant university degree.

Work Experience and Competencies:

  • 2 years of work experience in related functions.

Languages and Computer Skills:

  • Good proficiency in English writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Functional Skill:

  • Proficiency in reporting and English writing skills.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the tobacco market.
  • Good knowledge of market research and related subjects.
