Supplier Assessment and Development Expert

Job Description

• Conducting audits and initial assessments of suppliers.
• Auditing suppliers’ systems and production processes during various phases of the APQP project.
• Preparing non-conformance reports from audits.
• Pursuing resolutions for suppliers' non-conformities.
• Conducting joint meetings with suppliers to address audit non-conformities.
• Preparing periodic reports on the percentage of achievement of defined indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.
• Familiarizing with IATF 16949 and ISO 19011 standards.
• Proficiently applying negotiation principles and techniques.
• Demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Communicating effectively within the organization.
