Job Description
- Conducting and managing business process identification meetings with stakeholders in English.
- Monitoring, mapping, and editing the current state of business processes (As-Is).
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
- Collecting improvement suggestions to address bottlenecks.
- Mapping the desired state of processes (To-Be).
- Creating SIPOC diagrams, RACI matrices, defining KPIs, writing SOPs, and user manual.
- Preparing system requirements for implementing processes in ERP or BPMS.
- Creating management dashboards using process KPIs in Power BI.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in one of the process mapping and analysis tools (Visio, Bizagi, Visual Paradigm).
- Ability to map processes using BPMN 2 standards.
- Ability to write instructions and user guides and all the related documents in English.
- Proficiency in MS-OFFICE tools.
- English proficiency above intermediate level (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution in meetings.
- Mastery of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
- Mastery of process mining concepts and experience in implementing processes in BPMS is an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in business process management, preferably in international companies.
