Job Description

  • Conducting and managing business process identification meetings with stakeholders in English.
  • Monitoring, mapping, and editing the current state of business processes (As-Is).
  • Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
  • Collecting improvement suggestions to address bottlenecks.
  • Mapping the desired state of processes (To-Be).
  • Creating SIPOC diagrams, RACI matrices, defining KPIs, writing SOPs, and user manual.
  • Preparing system requirements for implementing processes in ERP or BPMS.
  • Creating management dashboards using process KPIs in Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one of the process mapping and analysis tools (Visio, Bizagi, Visual Paradigm).
  • Ability to map processes using BPMN 2 standards.
  • Ability to write instructions and user guides and all the related documents in English.
  • Proficiency in MS-OFFICE tools.
  • English proficiency above intermediate level (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution in meetings.
  • Mastery of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
  • Mastery of process mining concepts and experience in implementing processes in BPMS is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business process management, preferably in international companies.
