We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic talent acquisition partner to join our dynamic team at Farabi Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and providing recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms to source and engage with potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
