Job Description
- Drive research and analysis to provide the latest trends in learning method delivery which leads to changes in behavioral and organizational culture
- Support functional competency development rollout plans for the Business, ensuring governance and reporting.
- Handle performance management, succession planning, and career management through Functions.
- Provide general administrative support in Talent Development such as preparing correspondence, forms, and reports.
- Plan and implement training based on standards, evaluate effectiveness, and suggest enhancements.
- Actively engage in providing training content and professional presentations based on company requirements.
- Create maintain and use a training database to register training records and follow up on employee engagement.
- Hold training sessions as a supervisor for internal training titles.
- Partner with functional managers and related teams to conduct an effective performance appraisal process.
- Partner with the HC expertise team to ensure necessary data is available on time based on plans.
- Provide feedback or support to colleagues, when required.
- Analyze and interpret HR data.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Make intra-organizational and extra-organizational coordination to hold training courses.
- Assess the effectiveness of training and prepare feedback and corrective actions.
- Analyze and prepare requested reports in human resource planning and development.
- Support the manager in planning and scheduling annual soft skill training and engagement and recognition calendar.
- Provide and execute improvement plans to influence corporate culture aligned with the HR strategy.
- Collaborate in the employee engagement improvement process across functions by implementing various employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Support the delivery of onboarding and induction programs/events for newcomers and ensure relative journeys are experienced positively.
- liaise with other divisions or departments to understand their requirements for recognition and propose plans to implement it.
- Evaluate the Training institutes, selecting and determining trainers for performing the training sessions.
- Organize and program the annual educational calendar for all employees for development and progress.
- Give feedback to the learners and issue certificates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Management, or a related field.
