Identify relevant and robust assessment tools for talent identification, and ensure consistent application across the business.
Collaborate with line managers and other departments in human resources to create succession strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
Lead the coordination with line managers and business partners to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine the need for successors, and identify incumbents in key positions.
Monitor the assessment of skills and competency results that are required for unmatched critical positions, and report areas that need updates.
Review TM program metrics, SOPs, and dashboard results and provide reports.
Assist with learning and training programs, if needed.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any similar field.
3 years of working experience in the same role, preferably within large and multinational organizations.
Prominent communication and presentation, also great stakeholder management skills.
Result-oriented with an organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
Full working proficiency in both oral and written English and MS Office is mandatory.
