POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Tech Lead – AgTech to own the technical direction, system architecture, and execution of agriculture-focused technology platforms and services.
You will be responsible for translating real-world agricultural challenges into scalable, reliable, and data-driven systems—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and driving execution through clear architecture, strong judgment, and AI-augmented workflows.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Design and own end-to-end system architectures for AgTech platforms and services
• Lead technical decision-making across backend services, data layers, and infrastructure
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Work closely with product, data, and operations teams to align technology with real-world agricultural use cases
• Review code, guide engineers, and enforce technical standards and best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, debugging, and system optimization
• Identify technical risks early and proactively design mitigation strategies
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability of deployed systems

SKILLS
• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or platform systems
• Systems-level thinking with the ability to design end-to-end technical architectures
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, APIs, and data-driven platforms
• Comfort operating in environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity
• Ability to lead through technical credibility, clarity, and sound decision-making
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and outcomes
• Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
