POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Analytics to own the technical architecture, data modeling strategy, and engineering execution of analytics systems across products and business domains.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across data collection, transformation, storage, and reporting layers. You will ensure analytics systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with product metrics, operational KPIs, and executive decision-making needs.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, data, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable analytics architectures and data models
• Lead technical decisions across ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting systems
• Architect real-time and batch analytics solutions
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to define key metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and observability across systems
• Guide engineers on performance optimization and query efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks in data flow, reporting latency, and metric integrity
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation

SKILLS

Data & Analytics Architecture
• Strong experience designing scalable analytics or BI platforms
• Deep understanding of data modeling and metric definition
• Experience with data warehouses and transformation pipelines

Scalability & Performance
• Experience optimizing queries and large-scale data systems
• Strong architectural judgment for long-term analytics scalability
• Knowledge of real-time vs batch trade-offs

Intelligence & Insight
• Experience building dashboards, KPI systems, and executive reporting layers
• Ability to leverage AI tools for predictive analytics and anomaly detection
• Understanding of metric governance and data consistency

Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of analytics architecture aligned with business objectives
• Ability to guide cross-functional collaboration across data and product teams
• Clear communication of insights and technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders
