POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – FoodTech to own technical architecture, platform scalability, and engineering execution across food, delivery, and supply-chain–driven digital products.
You will design systems that handle high-volume transactions, real-time operations, and complex integrations—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and intelligent automation.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for FoodTech platforms and services
• Lead technical decision-making across backend services, data pipelines, and integrations
• Translate operational, consumer, and regulatory requirements into reliable systems
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and data teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve demand forecasting, optimization, and performance
• Anticipate scalability, reliability, and cost challenges
• Ensure system robustness and long-term maintainability

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or operations-driven systems
• Experience with transaction-heavy platforms, integrations, and data pipelines
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and outcomes
• Strong communication skills to align technology with operational and business goals
