POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – WealthTech to own technical architecture, engineering execution, and system reliability across investment, portfolio, and wealth-management platforms.
You will design systems that manage financial data, analytics, and decision-support workflows—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and intelligent automation.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for WealthTech platforms and services
• Lead technical decision-making across backend systems, analytics layers, and integrations
• Translate financial, investment, and product requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and risk teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance analytics, forecasting, and system performance
• Anticipate scalability, data integrity, and risk challenges
• Ensure system reliability, accuracy, and long-term maintainability

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or analytics-driven systems
• Understanding of financial data, investment workflows, and decision-support systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data platforms
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and outcomes
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with business goals
