Technical Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure that the machinery and equipment in the operation are in working order by producing systematic and proactive solutions.
• Achieve planned maintenance performance targets announced by senior management and factory management and report them to the management periodically.
• Ensure efficient use of resources (human, material, spare parts, energy) by using modern problem-solving techniques (Kaizen, 5S, PM, 7Q, and Fishbone) of himself and his team.
• Planning the demand at the right time and ensuring the supply is made by considering the efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and maintain current spare parts stock levels in line with the target.
• Make scheduled checks on machines and parts.
• Calibrate equipment.Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Carry out planned and malfunction maintenance works and repair equipment errors.
• Diagnose sources of malfunction, install new parts, and ensure that the equipment operates correctly.
• Keep maintenance reports and record all repair work carried out on the machine.
• Support environmental and energy activities.
• Work on issues such as production improvement, continuity, and problem prevention.
• Ensure that legal periodic checks are carried out in areas related to the expertise for which he is responsible, and keep reports and report them to the management periodically.
