Job Description
We are looking for an experienced product manager with a technical background, to lead the development of one of our products at Farabi Brokerage. The accuracy, performance, and stability are paramount to ensuring customer satisfaction in this area. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and respond to customer needs will be crucial in maintaining industry standards and trust.
Job Description:
- Identify product opportunities and develop a product roadmap.
- Discover and analyze customer needs and exchange ecosystem regulations.
- Communicate business rules, discovery findings, and relevant context with the team.
- Develop acceptance test scenarios.
- Identify and address business and operational risks in development.
- Monitor product health metrics and post-launch success.
- Facilitate interactive sessions with team members within the Scrum/ Kanban framework.
- Report progress and blockers to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in this or a similar role in software development teams.
- Solid working knowledge of the Agile way of work in product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.
- Familiar with modern software engineering technologies and practices, like Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), etc.
