Job Description

  • Strategic Product Development
  • Supervise the entire lifecycle of broiler feed products, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective product messaging, emphasizing its benefits and quality, and work with the sales team to generate and nurture sales leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product appeal for broiler farmers.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on product usage and organize workshops and training sessions to improve feed management practices.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimize raw material utilization and reduce costs.
  • Develop competitive pricing models while maintaining a balance between competitiveness and profitability goals.
  • Ensure flawless product delivery and after-sales services.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of broiler nutrition and feed formulation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of market research tools.
  • Familiarity with advanced production processes and quality control in feed manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including content creation and optimization for websites and social media.
  • Ability to align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts to various audiences.
  • Capability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions in product development and customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Over 8 years of experience in technical management or product management, preferably in the animal feed industry.
  • Proven track record of leading product innovation and achieving market growth in the agricultural feed sector.
