Job Description

  • Support sales managers (entire sales team and TMD) in related actions and speed up the procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales and update customer data.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the agricultural market and customer needs.
  • Follow up by PPO, sampling for the shipments, and follow-up results with the library.
  • Enter monthly sales reports to the monitoring system of PPO.
  • Follow up promotion materials and invoices with relevant departments internally.
  • Track and support visa and travel information for customer’s travel.
  • Review and check the accuracy of leaflets and printing materials and align with relevant parties e.g. technical colleagues, designer, etc.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in MS Office.    
  • Excellent work organization and flexibility.    
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.    
  • Knowledge in plant protection, plant production, and farm management.    
  • Knowledge about planning, conduction, and evaluation of field trials.
  • Experience in the agricultural market.
