POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Tech Lead – AMR (Advanced Manufacturing & Robotics) to own the technical architecture, systems integration, and engineering execution of automation and robotics-driven platforms.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across control systems, robotics software, hardware integration, and data-driven optimization. You will align technical decisions with operational efficiency, production reliability, and long-term industrial scalability.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across hardware, software, and operations teams.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Design and own system architectures for robotics and automation platforms
• Lead technical decisions across control systems, embedded software, and integration layers
• Architect data-driven optimization systems for manufacturing performance
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, operations teams, and product leads
• Ensure system reliability, safety, and production stability
• Guide implementation across embedded, backend, and analytics layers
• Identify risks in real-time control, latency, and hardware–software interaction
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and system optimization
SKILLS
Robotics & Automation Systems
• Strong experience designing robotics or industrial automation systems
• Deep understanding of control systems and hardware–software integration
• Experience with real-time systems and industrial protocols
Scalability & Reliability
• Experience designing resilient systems for production environments
• Strong architectural judgment under safety and operational constraints
• Knowledge of real-time data synchronization and system monitoring
Data & Optimization
• Experience with performance analytics and predictive systems
• Ability to leverage AI tools for maintenance forecasting and operational optimization
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and system performance metrics
Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of technical direction aligned with operational excellence
• Ability to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Clear communication of technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders
