REDA Kimia Industrial Materials and Equipment is a leading provider of innovative solutions for various industries, and we are looking for a technical counselor to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our team members as well as to our partners in the fields of chemicals and polymers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, polymer science, or related disciplines, and should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The technical expert should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and should be able to identify and implement solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. They will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, commitment, and professionalism, and to respect the values and diversity of our clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and assistance to clients and partners on the selection, application, and performance of chemicals polymer products, and raw materials.
- Conduct research and analysis on the latest trends and developments in the industry and share insights and recommendations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, reports, and proposals that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support business development and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and databases and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related fields (state universities are very much preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role in the chemical, polymer, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the properties, characteristics, and applications of various types of chemicals and polymers.
- Proficient in using software tools and applications for data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English - writing, reading, and verbal communication (non-fluent applicants will be rejected immediately).
