Job Description

  • Carry out the necessary activities regarding evaluating the individual and group educational needs in order to optimize education.
  • Carry out the necessary activities regarding designing and programming educational courses.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge and application.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals and e-learning modules
  • Evaluate the educational institutes, selecting and determining trainers for performing the education courses.
  • Organize and program the annual educational calendar for all employees for develop and progress.
  • Give feedback to the learners and issue certificates.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the executed courses for development and progress.
  • Monitor the educational processes to identify problems and fix and improve them.
  • Participate in employee development and learning projects.
  • Determine department KPIs and analyze the progress of KPIs on a daily basis.
  • Monitor team performance and reports and give feedback to each member of the team to ensure team utilization.
  • Prepare, maintain and update team processes and scripts documentation.
  • Prepare and provide reports to VP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a relevant technical field - or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven track record in similar role with experience in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Proficiency in need assessment techniques, educational standards, and learning styles.
  • Familiar with educational programming principles, competency models.
  • Strong in effective communication, team player, and accountability.
  • Industry experience in coatings, EIFS, construction chemicals, dry mixes, building materials or similar.
  • Proven track record in similar role with experience in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Dynamic personality, capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
  • English spoken and written fluency.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
