Responsible for day-to-day operations of the technical warehouse and movement of stock.
Control movement of items in and out of stores and keep all necessary records.
Receive deliveries, process delivery notes, label, record, and store all incoming goods.
Liaise with technical and logistics managers for any outgoings and prepare equipment for shipping including dispatch notes, packaging, and boxing as appropriate.
Assist the planning team with equipment vesting.
Monitor all outgoings including job stock, general stock, cable, and components.
Process items returned unused from jobs and organize re-allocation or return to suppliers.
Maintain the stock sheet and update it with outgoings and incomings. Be aware of stock levels and respond to inquiries from the purchasing manager as required.
Load and unload vehicles using manual and assisted lifting techniques.
General maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring the area is kept tidy, clean, and orderly.
Perform monthly and annual stock counts.
Cover for the absence of other logistics and planning teams.

A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with spare parts management background
