About the role:
The technical writer will be a pivotal member of the tech department, responsible for crafting high-quality written content that demystifies complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires close collaboration with engineers, developers, and product managers to produce a variety of Technical documentation, Technical blog posts, technical slide decks, architectural diagrams, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather comprehensive information, ensuring precision and clarity in all documentation.
- Content Development: Produce engaging and informative content for technical blogs, white papers, case studies, and knowledge-base articles.
- Consistency and Quality: Ensure all technical content adheres to the company’s style guide, maintaining a consistent tone and voice.
- Research: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure content is current and accurate.
- Review and Editing: Proofread and edit content created by other team members to ensure quality and coherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong grasp of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into accessible language.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video scripting and creating multimedia content.
