Drive shopper marketing in-store executions align with the company vision of “Best in Class” at the point of sales in modern trade channels for seasonal on occasional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to receive all the artwork on time and arrange with agencies to deliver all the POS Material within the defined deadline and with the expected quality.
Follow up POSM installation in the field and develop reports from in-market execution accordingly.
Prepare merchandising tools/sales tools under the supervision of TMM.
Responsible for all operational communication with the sales team especially with ASMs on seasonal/monthly activities.
Accountable for all informative communication with business partners.
Support TMM in planning, execution, and reporting progress of team branding including seasonal van branding, office branding, and seasonal uniforms.
Support TMM in developing and holding all distributors/sales team relevant conventions/events/gatherings.
Prepare merchandising contest project files weekly for TMM.
Ensure the availability of sales tools to all distribution locations and sales forces.
