Responsibility (1) (Travel Affairs): Execute travel affairs and relevant logistics (International and Domestic affairs, visa) book transportation, and make hotel reservations.
Responsibility (2) (Administrative Affairs): VIP/CIP arrangement based on request. Negotiate with hotels and agencies. Performs data updates Register and import any data, or any related subject like changing and revising current data checking relevant invoices, and preparing the letters, documentation, or forms.
Compliance with regulations and effective implementation of standards.
Reporting: Prepare reports promptly and accurately to meet management and department requirements, policies, and standards. The project cycle is completed per plans and agreed-on project parameters and standards.
Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed, All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements.
