Job Description

  • Coordinating all national and international flights and hotels.
  • Providing ceremonial services including hall reservation in all parts.
  • Providing VIP services in hotels, including flower arrangements and serving sweets.
  • Providing airport transfer services (from the airport to the hotel and vice versa).
  • Providing transfer services through airline agencies contracted by the companies.
  • Preparing and adjusting database regarding all flights and hotels.
  • Booking a travel insurance policy.

Requirements:

  • 2 years and upper-related experience.
  • Familiarity with hotels and national and international flights.
  • Effective communication skills.
