Welfare Expert

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and committed welfare expert in the human resources team at the headquarters of the chain stores of Ofogh Koorosh.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current welfare services, and present analytical reports to plan improvement and corrective measures.
• Interact and negotiate with different centers to provide welfare services to employees and register memorandums and contracts.
• Update executive instructions and guides related to welfare services.
• Implement and supervise the approved annual welfare budget (occasional gifts, financial facilities, entertainment, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering
• Mastery of Excel.
• Ability to negotiate.
