Hold periodic meetings with the employer and the project consultant to report on the latest status of the workshop.
Hold continuous meetings with project executives and subcontractors to solve problems and possible conflicts between them.
Check the financial documents related to the purchases made in the workshop
Allocate and monitor the process of material preparation and consumption by subcontractors.
Supervise the depot and storage of materials by the conditions of the workshop and the standards of the engineering system organization and national regulations.
Present the work agenda to the subcontractors in line with the schedule and monitor its completion.
Move in line with the project schedule announced by the employer, and try to prevent delays and deliver the work on time.
Monitor and approve daily reports, weekly and periodic reports of the workshop.
Provide suitable suggestions and solutions to prevent losses.
Prepare workshop minutes.
Balance the project's three critical parameters: time; Cost, and quality.
Take necessary measures to create safety and physical protection of the workshop.
Forecast the materials needed during the execution of the work.
Monitor the process of implementing safety regulations in the workshop.
Supervise the installation of equipment in coordination between the design team, supervision, and executive contractor.
Requirements
At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power, Telecommunications, Control, Electronics), Computer Engineering, IT, or ICT.
Network+ certificate.
Ability to work as a workshop supervisor.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of the telecommunication industry, civil, data center, DCIM, or BMS.
Ability to work off hours depending on network outages and customer requests.
