The position:

As a financial manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage capacity cost budgeting aligned with Finance yearly cycle and oversee month-end closing tasks to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting for local management, including explanations for Contract Manufacturing & Devices (CSD) finance and ensuring compliance with the NN accounting manual.
  • Oversee year-end closing activities and material master data maintenance, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Manage contract coverage for key services & goods, monitor project performance, define effective KPIs for process visibility, and continuously improve internal guidelines and controls.
  • Drive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and oversee finance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in finance in the manufacturing industries.
  • Adequate knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools is highly preferred.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset. Result-oriented and great stakeholder management skills.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
