Job Description

We are looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, Telegram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

The objective of the role:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain a digital presence
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content on social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a digital marketing manager or similar roles.
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends for brand awareness and impressions.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
