Job Title: Social Media Administrator / Specialist
Job Description:
• Manage and update company profiles on various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create, edit, and schedule content (text, images, and videos) for posts and stories
• Maintain constant interaction with followers and customers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Analyze social media data and create performance reports (engagement rate, follower growth, etc.)
• Identify and utilize trending topics and hashtags to increase reach and engagement
• Design and execute advertising campaigns on social media platforms
• Collaborate with different teams (marketing, graphic designers, etc.) to coordinate online activities
• Monitor competitors and analyze their social media activities
• Provide suggestions to improve the brand’s online presence and increase engagement
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Management, Marketing, or Social Sciences
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong skills in content creation, digital advertising, and data analysis
• Graphic design skills (familiarity with tools such as Photoshop or Canva) is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage effectively with users
• Knowledge of current social media algorithms and trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Time management and organizational skills
