Job Description
- Preparing daily agenda for CEO.
- Managing and coordinating meeting, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
- Following up tasks as delegated by the Director.
- Coordinating office management activities.
- Act as the CEO's first point of contact with people from both inside & outside the organization.
- Managing other assistants and clerks for on time and smooth flow of office operation.
- Work closely with all Directors.
- Handle quest problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion.
- Providing Special information and direction to guests requiring special needs.
- Serve as a line of communication from the employees to upper management.
- Make arrangements for meeting and conferences.
- Meet schedules and time lines.
- Coordinate all public relation activities.
- Performing the best activity based on all CEO orders.
