About the Role:

We are a European-based company looking to hire a top-tier Assistant to the CEO for our
Tehran office. This is not a junior or entry-level position. The right candidate must be
experienced, highly professional, and capable of managing tasks independently with
precision and urgency. You will serve as the CEO’s right hand in daily operations, managing communication, schedules, and coordination across our Tehran, UAE, and European offices. Confidentiality, discipline, communication, and speed of execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary support to the CEO on day-to-day matters.
  • Manage all email communication on behalf of the CEO in both English and Farsi.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and deadlines with extreme precision.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
  • Translate and prepare high-quality reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Act as the coordination point between Tehran, UAE, and European offices.
  • Respond to tasks quickly and independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure the CEO is informed, prepared, and protected from unnecessary overload.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of direct experience as an executive assistant or coordinator in a corporate or international setting.
  • Fluency in English and Farsi, including drafting professional emails and business documents in both languages.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely organized, disciplined, and punctual - zero tolerance for delays or missed tasks.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential or executive-level correspondence.
  • A fast learner who can understand new systems, processes, and expectations rapidly.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, spoken, and interpersonal.
  • Independent problem-solver with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
