Job Description
- Assist in preparing and updating all personnel documents and contracts.
- Assist in managing employee leaves, missions, and overtime processes.
- Prepare official letters.
- Assist with designing company forms.
- Record employee information.
- Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer specific questions of employees related to their personnel issues.
- Support to continuously improve HR processes.
- Create and maintain personnel files.
- Monitor and track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Conduct or assist in the documentation of administration projects.
- Assist in collecting CVs on recruiting websites.
- Handling monthly petty cash.
- General office support (ordering stationary, and tidying).
- Assist with organizing events and team activities.
