Job Description

• Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods.
• Supervise the interaction of sales staff with customers.
• Plan the activities of the monitored units in accordance with the policies and policies set.
• Review and present executive suggestions on how to improve sales practices and the optimal use of resources.
• Solve customer problems in relation to sales and after-sales services.
• Prepare and present plans to improve the level of competitive ability and position of the company.
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers.
• Plan motivational plans to increase sales and profitability of products and services.
• Determine the order of goods and plan for the supply of goods.
• Establish new branches according to the company's policy and policy aimed at promoting and increasing market share.
• Identify loyal customers of the system and try to maintain and increase them.
• Raise the percentage of loyal customers and consider more and more bids.
• Collect information from all similar products, and rival companies to know about the quality, price, and terms of their products.
• Measure the weaknesses and strengths of competitors and similar products.
