Job Description

Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority.
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in related positions.
Experience in the FMCG field.
Superb negotiation skills.
Business, financial acumen, and supply chain knowledge.
Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
