Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, building a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements within the fintech sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field; an MBA degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
