Job Description

We are looking for a talent for our company who is expected to play the role of brand manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P.
  • Analyze competition market and reporting.
  • Develop marketing and branding ideas and execution plans.
  • Align with cross-functional team on brand activation calendar and execute brand-related projects and activation.
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
  • Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
  • Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorships activities.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Support marketing function in managing external agencies and deliverables from them.
  • Report to the marketing manager.
  • Travel requirements: yes; travel within the country.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing (product, brand, or related fields).
  • Experience in a related industry (consumer goods) is a plus but is not mandatory.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly experienced in presentation skills.
