Job Description
We are looking for a talented operations manager to lead and manage the implementation of solar plant projects. This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including optimizing processes and organizing projects, monitoring staff performance, negotiating with project contractors, improving technical infrastructure, and managing project execution. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal, strategic thinking, budgeting, and leadership skills that enable them to work effectively with the CEO, staff, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of business strategies and objectives.
- Help establish operational goals and project plans.
- Organize, align, and lead teams to ensure the execution of company initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management for relevant staff.
- Actively support business and sales activities in all areas of the company.
- Analyze data and offer solutions to overcome operational challenges.
- Manage solar power plant installation operations and coordination with project installers across the country
- Manage business operations within budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Conduct market, competitor, and risk analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Improve key performance indicators in operational areas.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of managerial experience.
- Team building ability.
- Project management skills.
- Proficient in MSP.
- Good familiarity with English.
- Demonstrated experience in executive and operational management.
- Expertise in organizing and implementing efficient management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with individuals and teams.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, human resources, business development, and strategic planning.
- Proper familiarity with English.
- Systemic thinking and the ability to organize and plan activities and resources.
- Preferably a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electricity, Civil Engineering, Mechanics, or Industrial Management.
