Job Description

• Oversee gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and preparing recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, Iranian government requirements, and operating forecasts through reviewing different financials and non-financial company data and KPIs.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of company financial reporting.
• Implement leading-edge resource allocation initiatives like:

1. Promotions optimization (RGM);
2. Pricing optimization (RGM);
3. Trade terms effectiveness;
4. Co-lead cost monitoring together with operations;
5. Lead free cash flow management and animation;
6. Lead risk management process (Vestalis);

• Establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive Finance governance within the company.
• Accountable for the application of the internal control rules in the company (DanGo).
• Accountable for providing different senior stakeholders with reliable and insightful reports using the latest tools and terminologies such as ACCA, IFRS, etc.
• Lead contribution of company to Group rolling forecast and performance management process.
• Provide GM and all shareholders with inputs on tax and legal issues (either local or international) in a way that grants both company compliance and benefits.
• Manage relationships with local and foreign financial institutions in line with existing international and local rules and laws as well as MMP strategies and priorities.
• Provide appropriate technology innovations to enhance company business growth.
• Provide IT/IS solutions and technologies for the company by leading the IS/IT agenda within different functions.
• Being fully compliant with Danone’s global and local BMS policies (e.g. promoting breastfeeding as the best nutrition for all infants and babies, not performing educational functions to pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children).
