Job Description
- Collaborate in business affairs such as sourcing, selecting, and ordering to make the best purchase.
- Do the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
- Coordinate product shipments with suppliers and forwarders.
- Prepare documents and follow up on the banking affairs of foreign purchases.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports and analysis of the business.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in foreign commercial correspondence and concepts.
- Familiar with product shipment.
- Accuracy.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel).
