Job Description

  • Collaborate in business affairs such as sourcing, selecting, and ordering to make the best purchase.
  • Do the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
  • Coordinate product shipments with suppliers and forwarders.
  • Prepare documents and follow up on the banking affairs of foreign purchases.
  • Communicate and collaborate with suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of the business.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in foreign commercial correspondence and concepts.
  • Familiar with product shipment.
  • Accuracy.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel).
