Job Description

We are looking for an HR data analyst to join our team, who will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to HR teams and functions. This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data. Key competencies include data analysis, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, HR systems, and cultural awareness.

  • Optimize and implement new data processes and systems.
  • Collect data from various sources such as payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
  • Manage and maintain the database and related systems, including data entry, user access, and system configuration.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends in recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Produce accurate, reliable, and timely reports within deadlines.
  • Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, cleansing, and organization.
  • Profound ability to present data effectively using various visualization techniques.
  • Proficient in Python, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, talent management, and organizational development.
