Job Description

Data Management & System Support:

  • Update and maintain employee data in HR systems.
  • Support system data entry and validation.
  • Update and maintain the organization chart.

Analytics Support:

  • Support data gathering for HR budget and reporting and monitoring budget.
  • Help collect and organize data for the people analytics team.

Benefits & Employee Experience Support:

  • Process and track employee benefits and perks.
  • Help maintain benefits-related records.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Basic understanding of HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with data entry.
