- Update and maintain employee data in HR systems.
- Support system data entry and validation.
- Update and maintain the organization chart.
Analytics Support:
- Support data gathering for HR budget and reporting and monitoring budget.
- Help collect and organize data for the people analytics team.
Benefits & Employee Experience Support:
- Process and track employee benefits and perks.
- Help maintain benefits-related records.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Basic understanding of HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail with data entry.
