Job Description
- Design and execute business strategies in line with the organizational strategies to solve the challenges.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, address issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Deliver HR services efficiently based on policies and standards, taking ownership of providing solutions and guidance for general inquiries and policies.
- Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Proactive participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
- Knowledge of performance management practices.
- Strong knowledge of various fields of HR.
- Capability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability in strategic planning.
