- Enhance employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and improve employee experience strategies to foster engagement and productivity.
- Analyze HR data using predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR policies.
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Support performance management systems to enhance employee performance and organizational success.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources management.
